"This is the only place in town that I know of that offers platanos and yuca. I've gone here many times and have had nothing but good experiences! The food is always really, really good - I'd recommend the quesabirria and the carne asada. I liked the vaso de birria as well, but I wish it was a bit more flavorful for my personal tastes - however, they packaged the fresh vegetables separate from the broth which kept everything really fresh, it's a really nice touch! Keep in mind that they're a bit slow and not the greatest with estimates for how long something will take to cook, if they say something will take 5 minutes, assume 15. The food is worth the wait, though, and the staff is thorough and friendly! It's probably my favorite food truck in Tucson!"

"If you've never had a Papusa, this is the place, best thing I ever ate. Tacos, rice, beans , and Sonoran Dog were also fantastic! I will be going back. We stumbled on this place accidentally, and it was a great find. The owner is super nice too."

"Very solid. Papusas are delicious. Carne asada was a little salty but if you cover it in their wonderful salsas, it doesn't matter. WATCH OUT for little red salsa, it is crazy hot, even for my spice loving wife."

"Incredibly nice, I needed fresh salsa and stopped by the truck. Even though they don't normally sell their salsa they were happy to get me a container of it. Food smelled delicious, very friendly staff, and they even told me about their different food options. Will be back to sample a but of everything on the menu!"

"Delicious! I tried the carne asada plate, which came with three tacos and rice. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the salsa had just the right kick, complemented by a spicier sauce on the side. Loved it!"

"Had the Sonoran dog from the food truck, so can’t rate the atmosphere. The Food Truck is a one man show, so expect you might have to wait a few minutes as he takes orders and prepares the food. I would eat here again."

"Great late night option on Congress & 6th Ave. Sonora hot dog has a good spice kick from the salsa (mustard, mayo, pinto beans, pico, bacon) and the small quesadilla is more of a mulita style, IYKYK. $15"
